Since 1971 Doc's Sports has been recognized and one of the leaders and most trusted names in sports handicapping. Doc became famous for his Big Ten Game of the Year that won and covered the spread 19 years in a row and is one of the only handicappers who's powerful influence has historically moved the official line over 7 points.
Often times, less information is available on the more low profile games and certain trends stick out that the average person may not catch. Oddsmakers set lines to balance the action, so in reality we're often handicapping against the general public perception, and the general public rarely ever wins long-term. The sportsbooks and oddsmakers have to handicap and set lines for every game - we simply find a few of their mistakes. Doc's Sports uses a combination of technical, fundamental and exclusive information that we gather from a vast network of contacts that we've developed over the past 36 years.
Experience is what this business is all about. Good money can be made if one has the connections and here at Doc's Sports, we pride ourselves on uncovering the edge that gives our customers the ability to beat the sports books on a consistent basis.

4 Unit Play. #646 Take Over in Washington State vs. Oregon (11 pm FSN) The play-in game takes place on Wednesday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA, as the PAC-10 Tournament opens up. Both of these teams are hard to handicap and thus we will side with the over and not worry about who comes out on top. Gone is Tony Bennett and his deliberate style of offense for the Cougars. The Over is 16-4 ATS in the Ducks last 20 games when they are an underdog of under a touchdown. The Cougars are 4-0 ATS in their last four neutral site games.

10 Unit Play. #624 Take Notre Dame over Seton Hall (7 pm ESPN) Yes I am still bitter that we lost with Seton Hall yesterday despite being up 29 points. But Notre Dame is just a better team then Seton Hall and I believe that game really took a lot out of the Pirates yesterday. The Irish are in better shape when it comes to the NCAA Tournament but they are by no means safe and a loss today will likely put them behind the Pirates since they would have beaten them twice. Notre Dame has won 15 of the 23 career meetings between these two programs. The Irish will enter this game having won four straight and all of those victories came against big names programs (Pittsburgh, Georgetown, UCONN, Marquette). The Irish are 5-0 ATS in their last five games. The Pirates are 2-5 ATS in their last seven meetings with the Irish. Finally Seton Hall is 7-20 ATS in their last 27 neutral site games. The luck of the Irish continues these evening.

4 Unit Play. #642 Take SMU over Central Florida (9:30 pm) A battle of three letter universities takes place tonight in the nightcap of the Conference USA tournament in Tulsa, OK. SMU won the earlier match-up this season by 22 points and playing in Oklahoma should give them more of a home court edge then it does UCF. The Mustangs are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 Conference USA games. UCF is 2-5 ATS in their last seven neutral site games. Finally the favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these two programs.
Montana vs. Weber State (NCAAB) - 9:00 PM EST

4 Unit Play. #652 Take Weber State over Montana (9 pm ESPN 2) Weber State is the best team in the Big Sky this season and playing at home will allow them to win the conference tournament and march onto the NCAA Tournament. The Wildcats are 13-1 at Dee Events Center and the Grizzlies are just 6-7 in true road games this season. Weber State is 58-47 in the all-time series between these two schools. The Wildcats are 15-4 ATS in their last 19 games as a favorite under a touchdown. The favorite is also 4-1 ATS in the last five match-ups in this series. Ogden will be rocking tonight and propel the Cats to a victory.

Free NBA pick for Wednesday (Doc’s NBA is 8-0 in the last three nights and we have two member’s picks for Wednesday and we expect to sweep the board) - #607 Take Memphis +5 Over Boston (7:30 p.m. EST, Wednesday) – Memphis has a very strong history against the number in this series. They have cashed in the last nine meetings in Boston and they have covered in 13 of the last 18 meetings. We like them to continue this trend tonight. Boston is coming in on a back-to-back, a situation where this old team has struggled this season (5-7 ATS). The Grizzlies are well rested after having the night off. Boston is at home, where they have been draining the wallets of backers all season. They are a paltry 7-21-1 against the number in this building and at this point in the season it is clear this team is better on the road and the home court advantage built into their home spreads is moot. Memphis is the same way, they have struggled at home but have played great on the road, where they have won six straight. Even when Boston wins they have not been blowing teams out and we just expect this to be a pretty close game that should come down to the final seconds.

Unlike the situation in the NFC, the AFC playoff picture is completely up in the air. Six AFC teams are on the outside looking in right now but each of those teams is well within striking distance. In the NFC, however, only three teams have a chance of crashing the playoff party. Besides the Colts, who not only have a playoff spot locked up, but also the divi ... read more
Loyalty can be one of a gambler’s worst enemies. That’s why bettors should never – or at least rarely – wager on their favorite teams. They lose objectivity and are sometime blinded by their feelings about their teams.
Well, no time on the sports betting calendar puts loyalty to the test like college bowl season. This time of year I’m certain that colleg ... read more
Illinois vs. Wisconsin (NCAAB) - Mar 12, 2010 2:25 PM EST
Play: Point Spread: 8.5/-105 Illinois Play Title:
Free Play from Doc’s Sports. #843 Take Illinois over Wisconsin (Friday 2:30 pm ESPN) The Illini are squarely on the bubble and cannot afford to look bad for a second straight game against the Badgers. Wisconsin won by 15 points in Champaign on Sunday and that loss put Illinois on the last four in column with regards to the bracket. That being said, Illinois has better talent then does Wisconsin and if they make shots from the arc they are a tough team to beat. Let’s not forget that this Illini team went into Madison and handed the Badgers their only loss this season at the Kohl Center. Illinois is 20-9 ATS in their last 29 games on Friday. Wisconsin is just 2-5 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games. Desperation leads to excellence for the Illini and it would not surprise me if they win this game straight-up. Getting this many points is just an added bonus. Don’t miss Doc’s Sports Conference Tournament Game of the Year (6-unit pick). This play will go on Saturday and we will be looking for our sixth straight weekend top play winner.
