My colleagues always ask if I will HIT over 50% this YEAR in MLB plays. I laugh. I just say if that occurs my clients will go from 6 figures to 7 figures. Calculated it is BB + H/Innings Pitched. WHIP Excellent 1.0; Great 1.1 ; Above Average 1.25; Average 1.32; Below Average 1.4; Poor 1.5; Awful 1.6 Only play Money lines of +150< versus a pitcher with an Average< WHIP. Depending on Time sometimes betting the Spread line on a TOP 20 WHIP pitcher is right move. EX: -280 pitcher with 1.1 versus 1.5 with other conditions. But this is done about 15% of my plays.

These formulas works for those that are looking to build a bank roll not a quick fix; meaning the everyday bettor that puts a couple hundred once a week on NFL games will not enjoy winning in baseball unless they can adapt for the long haul.
