Sunday, September 17, 2023 Las Vegas Raiders vs. Buffalo Bills (NFL) - 1:00 PM EDT Premium Pick Pick: Point Spread: -7.5/-110 Buffalo Bills Rating: 9* Mike's 1st Leg of 2 NFL Comebacker Play (WIN) There's one thing we need to realize about what defense the Buffalo offense is facing this week. It's not even CLOSE to the same they just face versus the New York Jets. The Jets have a killer "D" with pressure up front & on the corners. Enter the Las Vegas & DC Patrick Graham & his base 4-3 defensive scheme. They just faced an under-achieving offense (16.9 PPG LY) of the very familiar Broncos & generated ZERO turnovers. Sure, the Bills are coming off a shorter week versus a divisional rival. Let's look @ some key numbers. The Raiders are 0-5 travelling to the east coast to face the AFC East where they're 0-5 ATS & 2-8-1 versus the number their last 11. Las Vegas HC Josh McDaniels has been on LASER focus when facing non-divisional opponents on the road either. He currently sits 1-5 spreadwise in that category. When you looked on the flip side of that coin, you'll find a Bills team VERY successful when taking on the AFC West going a take-me-to0the-window 6-1 versus the AFC West. There's no introduction needed if you've been to a Buffalo game early on in September. This team THRIVES @ home early on going a near-perfect 6-1 versus the number. The solidifier has to be the Bills a perfect 14-0 SU when favored around the number 8 or more. My bottom line says Buffalo turned the ball over 4 times on the road & almost won the game. Now they're @ home facing a Las Vegas offense with injuries to 3 KEY players: WR Davante Adams, WR Jakobi Meyers & QB Jimmy Garoppolo. We're definitely READY & SET to trek into Highmark Stadium (what happened to Ralph Wilson) to play the BUFFALO BILLS (buying to -1) @ -345 as my 1st Leg of 2 NFL Comebacker Play! San Francisco 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams (NFL) - 4:05 PM EDT Premium Pick Pick: Point Spread: -7/-110 San Francisco 49ers Rating: 9* Mike's NFL 2nd Leg of 2 Divisional Dominator (WIN) San Francisco HC Kyle Shanahan KNOWS how to beat HC Sean McVay & his Rams. The past NINE games have produced 8 Niner victories including 2022-23 season wins by 15 & 17 point margins. The past DOZEN trips to Los Angeles have seen the Red & Gold come out showing a brilliant 9-2-1 SU record. Even though it didn't seem Los Angeles missed #1 WR Cooper Kupp much versus the Seahawks last week, I believe it certainly will show here not having the full arsenal @ QB Matt Stafford's disposal. I can't see rookie wideout out of BYU Puka Nacua having 10 more catches for 119 yards versus the physicality of a 4-3 pressure "D" that 16-year vet DC Steve Wilks of SF employs. There's something about the Gold Rush coming off an AFC regular season game. They've won 9 straight in that role. This 49ers squad has too many offensive playmakers to keep track of that like WR Brandon Aiyuk, WR/Slotback Deebo Samuel, TE George Kittle & all-purpose RB Christian McCaffrey in 2nd-year QB Brock Purdy's arsenal. Shanahan KNOWS where catalyst & DT Aaron Donald will be lining up & run plays quickly & efficiently before the pressure gets to Purdy. My bottom line has to strongly take into account key numbers that show this. The Los Angeles side doesn't fare well off a SU upset going a NO-SHOW 1-7 versus the number. On the flip side, these Niners are a super-solid 10-1 ATS their last 11 games in their role as chalk. In addition, they have also gone a take-me-back-to-the-window 9-1 spreadwise versus teams who are coming off a SU underdog win. Here's how we'll SPECIFICALLY play it. Let's go to that artificial "Matrix System" turf to play the SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (buying to - 2 1/2) as my NFL 2nd Leg of 2 Divisional Dominator! Teaming up with the 1st Leg -- THIS PARLAY LAYS just -125 so that's a TAKE with these PROVEN teams.
