Friday, June 24, 2022 Washington Nationals vs. Texas Rangers (MLB) - 8:05 PM EDT Premium Pick Pick: Money Line: -150 Texas Rangers Rating: 10* Mike's Rare 10 Star Cross-Over Play (LOSS) I don't have too much faith in the Nats starting rotation (5.88 ERA this season) which fails in comparison to Texas' 4.30. Neither does that faith carry to their bullpen (4.49 ERA) that can't compare to the Rangers' 3.55. Face it! It's going to be hard to build any consistency with a team with 12 players on the DL. They put up some offensive numbers from time to time but get buried by their lack of mound depth. The analytics CLEARLY support our case with Texas being 4-0 their last 4 in this series & are an impressive 6-3 in cross-over interleague games. Here's the daggers that has us pounding the Rangers. Not only is the Nationals 7-15 in Game 1's of a series, they have struggled mightily versus RHP'ing going 15-32. Wait, it gets worse! Night games have also been more than unkind with them coming in @ 13-33. The perfect storm exists when they're coming off allowing 5 or more runs (and they are). In this case, Washington sits an unblemished 0-7!
