Past success in this series isn't enough. I also believe that consistent scorer & graduate transfer guard Andrew White III won't be enough to tip the scales in their favor versus a Notre Dame squad that pack a pretty powerful punch of perimeter guard shooting from Steve Vasturia & Matt Farrell. The Irish are one of the toughest ACC outs when home as witnessed by their 11-0 SU record thus far in the 2016-17' campaign. The Orange carry a 11-2 home record but are a perfect 0-6 SU (0-4 away; 0-2 neutral) away from the Carrier Dome. I'm not sure any HC Jim Boeheim defense can contain HC Mike Bray's leading-scorer & forward Bonzie Colson for 2 halves. Let's go to the Joyce center in South Bend to play the NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH (buying to -6 @ -140) as my 9 Star ACC Earlybird! Fordham vs. Massachusetts (NCAAB) - 12:30 PM EST Premium Pick Pick: Point Spread: 9.0/-106 Fordham Pick Title: Atlantic-10 Smart Play (Win) Despite the current better record, I believe HC Derek Kellogg & the Minutemen are biting off (points) a little more than they can chew here. 6'5" guard & floor-leader (Eastern Kentucky graduate transfer) JaVontae Hawkins is a force to be reckoned with from the perimeter & provides the equalizer for UMass's junior guard Donte Clark.. Sophomore guard & great assist man (recruited from Quebec) Joseph Chartouny adds additional pop from the outside for HC Jeff Neubauer who had to replace 2 good shooters (Rhoomes & Thomas) from last season's 17-win team. That should be enough talent to keep this one close. Let's go to Mullins Center in Amherst to play the FORDHAM RAMS (@ the enhanced + 10 1/2 @ -136) as my Atlantic-10 Smart Play! IPFW vs. South Dakota State (NCAAB) - 5:30 PM EST Premium Pick Pick: Point Spread: 4.0/-102 South Dakota State Pick Title: 9 Star Summit League Upriser (Win) I feel that Jackrabbits have under-achieved & HC T.J. Otzelberger crew is ready to serve notice. Big man & freshman All-American last season Mike Daum still leads a talented nucleus that should make things very difficult for the traveling Mastadons. With Tevin King & Skyler Flatten's excellent guard play, I look for South Dakota State to pull off the upset over a middle-of-the-road roadie. Away from their home confines back @ Fort Wayne, HC Jon Coffman's bunch take on a different complexion. Let's go to Frost Arena in Brookings to play the SOUTH DAKOTA STATE JACKRABBITS (buying to + 5 1/2 @ -140) as my 9 Star Summit League Upriser! Montana vs. Sacramento State (NCAAB) - 10:05 PM EST Premium Pick Pick: Point Spread: 6.5/-110 Sacramento State Pick Title: 9 Star Under The Radar Saturday Night Bailout (WIN) The Top-3 contending Grizzlies always seem to be the comfortable play in Big Sky Play. However, I feel that Sacramento State's 1st-team All-Conference nominee in 6'7" foward Justin Strings (labeled Mr. Inside & Outside) is the best player on the floor. HC Brian Katz still has an excellent shooter with the under-the-radar & speedy guard Marcus Graves keeping things close from the outside. Montana HC Travis DeCuire will find things rough on the Big Sky road (after losing his top scorer, the dependable 6'8" forward Martin Bruenig from last season) even against mid-range competition. Let's go to "The Hornets Nest" (Colbert Court) to play the SACRAMENTO STATE HORNETS ( buying to + 7 1/2 @ -130) as my 9 Star Under The Radar Saturday Night Bailout! BONUS PLAY NHL Washington Capitals vs. Dallas Stars (NHL) - 8:00 PM EST Premium Pick Pick: Money Line: -127 Washington Capitals Pick Title: NHL Lone Wolf (Win) The Dallas Stars beat the Capitals last time out @ this arena.
