We haven't seen the East vs. West format in the NBA All-Star Game since 2017. While the East owned this game essentially from its inception in the 1950's through the end of the 1990's, it was a different story after that with the West taking 12 of the last 18 matchups. I expect the East to win this game outright as they have more youth and most of the West players are limiting their minutes and want to rest up for the 2nd half of the season.
