Free Sports Game Preview and Prediction: Washington Commanders vs. Chicago Bears
Thursday, October 13, 2022 8:15 PM
Play: Money Line: -110 Chicago Bears
This is a Free play on the Bears. Ron Rivera might be on the verge of losing his team. His comments about Carson Wentz in the post game press conference last week were not received well. I bet the Commanders to go under their season wins total, and here is what I said in the off-season: "Tayor Heinicke threw for 3,419 yards with 20 TDs and 15 INTs on 65 percent passing last year. He played just well enough to give them a chance to win games, but not well enough to push them out of mediocrity. He wasn’t really the problem, but he also wasn’t the answer." "The Colts decided that Carson Wentz wasn’t the answer for them, so they shipped him to Washington. You can argue that Wentz is an upgrade, but the numbers don’t really suggest that he was significantly better than Heinicke last season." I honestly believe Washington would be better off with Heinicke under center, and don't be surprised if there are players in the locker room that also believe that. The Bears are not a great team, but they are 2-0 at home. At this point they still seem to trust their coaching staff and their starting QB. The Commanders are 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 games following an ATS loss, and this looks like a tough spot for them. GL, Jesse Schule
