I’m talking about quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson and running back and Zach Charbonnet. These two guys are putting up numbers like that we have not seen in years for the Bruins. They are a huge part of the reason why this team is 5-0. As far as Utah goes, I feel in my opinion that a loss can make a good team a great team. The Utes opened up the season with a heartbreaking defeat at the Swamp against Florida. And since then, they have rattled off four consecutive wins. And more importantly, four consecutive covers. Both teams have had their pushover opponents for sure folks. With UCLA taking down Washington a week ago, it showed just how good they really are. However, it is very hard to ignore the fact the Utah stop-unit is for real. Not only do they allow just 14.4 points per game, but they’ve also grabbed nine turnovers already. To me turnovers are going to be a huge part of which team wins this contest. The Bruins “D” is pretty darn good as well. But let’s not forget they did allow the Jaguars of South Alabama to put up 31 on them. And last week the Huskies lit up the scoreboard for 32. Utah has won and covered five straight meetings in the series. And I think that you’re going see the trend continue. The Utes can’t be rattled. They are 6-0 against the number the last six games played against teams with a winning record, 18-5 against the number the last 23 games played following a straight up win, and 34-16-1 against the number the last 51 games played against Pac 12 opponents. The line doesn’t scare me here one bit. I don’t mind that hook. Take Utah guys. Thank you.
