For my best free pick on the board for Wednesday I am looking at the Delaware Blue Hens and the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns. Really a game that no one cares about other than Delaware as they get a crack to win their first bowl game and I think we see them do it. Delaware better on both sides of the ball especially the offensive side as they rank 7th in the nation in passing yards. Look for them to go up and down the field on Louisiana.
