Free Sports Game Preview and Prediction: UCLA vs. UNLV
Saturday, September 06, 2025 8:00 PM
Play: Point Spread: +2.5/-105 UNLV
This Saturday, WE BASH THE BOOKS in college football with my: EARLY WINNER, TOUCHDOWN PLAY, LAS VEGAS STRIP MOVE, ODDSMAKERS MISTAKE, and my coveted LATE BAILOUT. If you follow me, bring a broom, because WE ARE SWEEPING. Saturday’s FREE PLAY: UNLV Rebels. Game 406. 5:00 PM PST/8:00 PM EST. Being a resident of Las Vegas over 35 years, I know the UNLV team. I get an opportunity on a regular basis to watch them practice, I see the teams up close and personal, and I hear the whispers around town. A season ago, they were under the radar, going 10-2 straight up in the regular season, then losing the conference championship in the beginning of December, only to beat Cal in a December 18 Bowl. This is a team full of talent, with a smart coaching staff. They are already 2-0 this season. Granted, they didn't play too tough of opposition. But UCLA is given too much credit here, coming in as a small favorite. Yes, they were demolished by Utah at home in their season-opener, 43-10, and yes, they go up against stiffer competition on a regular basis. But, their new transfer quarterback, Nico Iamaleava struggled last week, completing just 11 of 22 passes, for one touchdown and one interception in the loss against the Utes. Their ground game didn’t fare too much better, folks. Rebels quarterback, Anthony Colandrea, I feel has what it takes to move the chains in this matchup, and score points on offense, while their defense cuts through the revamped offensive line of the Bruins. The wrong team is favored to here. Take UNLV. Thank you.
