As much as i want to belive the oddsmakers are bating the hook to get everyine on UCLA, but until the Penn State offense can drop 40 plus they arent coverng this big spreads against Big10 opponents. And UCLA can stop the run, Penn State play action will stumble. Take #399 UCLA plus the points.
