But the winning doesn’t stop there as I am HOT in NCAAF and have my VETERANS BOWL WINNER for you tonight. Tuesday’s FREE WINNER: Kansas Jayhawks. Game 640. 6:00 PM PST/9:00 PM EST. I'm sure there are quite a few people out there that would look at several different angles to go against Kansas today. One such angle is that they're in a letdown situation following an overtime victory against NC State. Another is, this is a doormat of an opponent, and they can be in a look ahead situation as their schedule is about to get a little bit tougher. I'm here to tell you, the Jayhawks, which currently rank 17th in the nation need every victory they can get at the moment. This is a team that's not just lost to quality opponents like the Tar Heels, Blue Devils, and Huskies, but they really need victories not just for the pollsters, but for their own self-esteem. Let's face it, Towson is not a very good team. They are just 6-4 overall and have only covered five of their nine lined games this season. They did cover as a 26-point underdog against Houston, 65-48. But they took an ugly loss at their hands of James Madison, a real beating at the hands of UCSD, and then even worse drubbing to UCF. Granted they stepped up in class in three of those defeats, and lost by 19, 14, and 25-points. Looking at recent starts to their campaign, when they do step up in class, they pay for it dearly. The Jayhawks are a team that don't have a problem running up scores against lesser opponents, and I just don't see their opponent competing at either end of the court, on the boards, or anywhere in the paint for that matter. I feel Kansas will come out here looking to fine-tune their team before their schedule toughens. Take the Jayhawks. Thank you.
