Dallas Keuchel will toe the rubber for the Rangers, and he really doesn't belong in the majors at this point. He's had a terrible season bouncing around, and he's 1-4 with a 13.75 ERA in five starts on the road.
Boston will hand the ball to Nick Pivetta, who is 1-2 with a 4.08 ERA in his last five starts. He hasn't got much run support, but that shouldn't be an issue here today.
These teams have gone over in five of the last six meetings, and the over is 7-1 in the Rangers last eight overall.
