This is the time of year in the NFL when you must follow a proven NFL winning handicapper/gambler. Game278. 1:25 PM PST/4:25PM ET. Yes, I'm right there with you, my friends. I am not crazy about laying double-digits in the NFL either. However, a win is a win is a win! The Tennessee Titans are proving to be one of the poorest teams in the NFL, sporting a dismal record of 1-6 straight up, and only covering two of their seven outings. They rank dead last in the NFL, scoring a laughable 13.7 points per game, while committing 12 turnovers on offense as well. By the way, they are equally bad in the air as they are on the ground, ranking 31st in both of those categories. Defensively, things aren't that much better, ranking 28th, and getting plowed for over 27.4 points per game. They can't stop the rush at all, and just about every opponent has passed the ball with success against them too. Well sports fans, in comes the 6-1 Indianapolis Colts (5-2 ATS). The Colts are a perfect 4-0 at home, possess the number one ranked scoring offense in the NFL, averaging over 33.1 PPG, and rank in the top 10 in every other offensive category. Furthermore, they commit very few mistakes, only turning the ball over four times. Yes, they have a top 10 defense. They are a little more vulnerable against the pass, but their run defense has been stellar, allowing opponents just 90.3 YPG on the ground. They have snagged nine takeaways. Looking back at this rivalry, to say Indy has dominated Tennessee would be an understatement. They have taken five consecutive meeting straight up, covering all five of those contests as well. As I said in the beginning of this breakdown, I don't like laying double-digits in any NFL. But once again, a win is a win is a win! Take the Colts. Thank you.
