The O's have definitely been dissappointing this season at 19-35, and the Cardinals have been a nice surprise at 31-24. We get Mikolas vs Povich here, and Mikolas has been in great form his last three starts. Povich's numbers don't look great on the surface at 4.86 ERA and 1.42 WHIP, however he has looked decent in his last couple outings, and Baltimore's offense has been lackluster this year.
