It is well documented that South Florida was a doormat last season, only winning one regular season game. And that was against Howard. One of the most exciting quarterbacks in college football is Austin Reed, who threw for over 4,744 yards passing and a 40/11 TD/INT ratio. Even if South Florida does play in a tougher conference, they just cannot stop a passing attack that ranked second in the nation last year. Especially with statistically, the worst defense in college football. Things couldn’t have improved that much for the Bulls.
