Sometimes things that look too good to be true, actually are! I have no problem, laying double-digits with Western Kentucky here over a visiting South Florida team. Many would argue that the Bulls play in a stronger conference than does the Hilltoppers. Coming into the season, Western Kentucky has been money to us bettor’s, going 19-9, ATS the last two seasons. It is well documented that South Florida was a doormat last season, only winning one regular season game. And that was against Howard. One of the most exciting quarterbacks in college football is Austin Reed, who threw for over 4,744 yards passing and a 40/11 TD/INT ratio. Even if South Florida does play in a tougher conference, they just cannot stop a passing attack that ranked second in the nation last year. Especially with statistically, the worst defense in college football. Things couldn’t have improved that much for the Bulls. Oh, one more thing, South Florida is currently on an 0-4 slide in their openers. Play the Hilltoppers.
