Western Kentucky has been playing at a very high level since 10.2022 - their offense has been lighting up the scoreboards at 30 pts nine times in 2022 - that's going to be very difficult for the extremely leaky defense of South Florida to try and cool down. They can warm up real fast and when they do, look out. A new Oline and young WRs is not going to be quite enough for South Florida, their run defense was even worse than what was expected in 2022 - as 9 teams tore up the Bulls for 200+ yards on the ground.
