Illinois will have success with a strong passing attack game behind QB Luke Altmyer. Altmeyer and his WRs will lead what should be a very good offensive showing. Illinois' secondary is also loaded with ballers, which have 12 picks as QBs have completed only 58% against them this year. The QB matchup could be one of the better ones to keep an eye on with Altmyer v the Cocks secondary. South Carolina's passing game is pretty decent and will make this game interesting. If they were able to beat Clemson, they are certainly good enough to beat the Illini. But, the South Carolina running game is not terrific, controlling the clock and the game won't be easy. Illinois wins + 10 pts.
