I’m gonna go with the NY Mets for my best free pick on the board today really slim pickings as far as free picks go but look at what Adam Wainwright has done this season 3-7 with a 8.87 ERA and a 2.08 WHIP I don’t know if I have ever seen numbers this bad over this many innings pitched and a guy still have a starting job. On the other end is the NY Mets who have been dreadful on the road as of late but Jose Quintana despite being 0-4 has not pitched that bad over close to 30 innings of work. Cardinals off an embarrassing 8-0 loss to the worst team in baseball and things do not get any better for them tonight.
