Free Sports Game Preview and Prediction: Nashville Predators vs. Vancouver Canucks
Sunday, April 21, 2024 10:00 PM
Play: Money Line: -145 Vancouver Canucks
Today, we don't just win, WE WIN BIG! As one of the top NHL Handicappers on the planet in my first season Handicapping hockey, and a perennial NBA top-Handicapper, today in both playoffs, I will sweep for us. I have my 6-0 NHL NEVER LOST BEST BET and my 60% (15-10 this season) NBA SLAM DUNK. Get both, and together WE WILL WIN BIG. Sunday's FREE PLAY; Vancouver Canucks. Game 58. 7:00 PM PST/10:00 PM EST. There is no question both Nashville and Vancouver have earned their way to postseason spots. The sixth-seeded Predators finished the campaign off at 47-30-5, which does include a 24-14-3 away record. The third-seeded Canucks ended the regular season off, a very respectable, 50-23-9. This does include a mark of 27-9-5 at home. But enough for the statistics. Let's talk turkey. The Canucks have dominated the Predators, taking four in a row in this rivalry, which does include all three meetings this season, outscoring them by a combined, 13-6. They certainly come in here a little bit hotter and can take advantage of a visitor that had struggled on the road towards the end of the campaign, dropping four of their final six away games. There's no denying Nashville is a talented team. However, Vancouver outclasses them. The Canucks rank sixth in the NHL in scoring, averaging over 3.4 goals per game, while they rank fifth in goals allowed, yielding just 2.7 goals per game. There's one more item that I feel is significant; this is the first time since 2015 the Canucks have hosted a postseason game. They've got a loyal following and would love nothing more to get them a big win in their first home playoffs contest in none years. They are solid at home, they finished the season a little hotter, and have had their way with the Predators. Take the Canucks. Thank you.
