For my best free college football prediction I am looking at the NC State Wolfpack at the Cal Bears. Call is the better football team no doubt about it but covering and winning is two different things. Cal has lost 3 straight games with some horrible luck this team plays razor tight games losing to Pitt 17-15, Miami 39-38 and FSU 14-9. So while I think we definitely see a Cal win NC State is 0-7 ATS and this line is a little padded IMO. Look for Cal to win this with a late Touchdown.
