But technically, they still have a chance at that situation. I am aware Pittsburgh has played them tough this season. However, the Pirates have dropped seven of their last 10 games, which does include Game 1 of this series yesterday, 7-2. The advantages don't stop there. Starting pitchers today are Freddy Peralta and Luis Ortiz. The Milwaukee right-hander is 11-8 with a 3.69 ERA on the campaign, including a 4-1 record with a 2.19 ERA in his last seven turns. Over his career, he's done quite well against today's opponent. The Pittsburgh right-hander is 6-6 for the 3.43 ERA this season. However, he has not looked too sharp in last several outings, going 0-2 with a 5.17 ERA over his last three appearances. He too, has done fairly well against today's opponent.
