Play: Point Spread: -17.5/-110 Michigan
Michigan is 10-0 on the season and has a home date with Ohio State next week so this is an obvious trap game against an unranked team on the road. Michigan is 7-0 in conference games and last week was their lowest scoring output with just 24 points, but it was enough to win holding Penn State to 15 points and not throwing a pass in the second half for 32 straight plays. For Michigan they racked up 227 yards rushing with Corum collecting 145 of them on 26 carries which was good for over 5.5 yards a carry. This was old school Big Ten football as both teams had over 150 yards rushing and under 100 yards passing. Michigan is scoring 39 points per game on offense, limiting opponents to just 7.5 points per game which is tops in the country, passing for 237 yards per game and rushing for 173 yards per game. Maryland is 6-4 on the year, 3-4 in conference play, snapped a four game losing streak last time out with a 13-10 win at Nebraska, and are 4-2 at home. Maryland is 0-2 this season against ranked teams. Maryland is throwing for 281 passing yards per game, rushing for 115 yards per game, scoring just under 29 points per game on offense while allowing 22 points on defense. Michigan has won each of the last seven meetings between these two teams with Maryland’s last win coming in 2014. Look for another lopsided win for Michigan over Maryland in their final tune up before the big rivalry game against Ohio State as the Wolverines go into Maryland and win 44-17.
