For my best free pick on the board here for Sunday I am looking at the UNDER in the Rams and Seahawks game. People love to bet the over in these type of huge national TV games but we have 2 very good defenses on our hands. Rams held a very good Bears offense to next to nothing Seattle comes in with the 5th best defense in the league as far as yards given up. I think we see a focused running attack from both sides here on Sunday. Line opened at 46.5 and is down to 45.5 at the time of writing this look for it to dip further before kick off.
