The Chargers are 1-2 after winning their first game over the Bengals, but have dropped games in each of the last two weeks to Kansas City and Carolina by a total of eight points. The Chargers are feeling strong about the play of Justin Herbert who has 641 yards passing, but two touchdowns, two interceptions and sacked four times. Tampa Bay is 2-1 after winning their last two games over Denver and Carolina by two scores each after dropping their opener to New Orleans by 11. Tom Brady has won eight in a row over rookie quarterbacks and that will move to nine in a row as he has multiple touchdowns to Evans again and the Chargers have a hard time finding the endzone in a 31-19 win for Tampa Bay.
