Oakland Raiders -3 The Raiders lay a small number here at home on Sunday and are a valuable play here. Oakland will gain Derek Carr back here on Sunday, a huge boost for this team that takes on a defense that just isn't very good in the secondary. The Chargers did grab their first win last week, but they've still played extremely sloppy on both sides of the ball and have been torched with the big play numerous times thus far. The Raiders offense should be poised for a big afternoon here, especially given their head to head experience in this matchup.
