This is a free play on the Steelers. The NFL had planned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the immaculate reception, and Franco Harris was going to be honored. Now with his passing he will be mourned, and remembered. This sets up an emotional night, and the Steelers should have an edge when it comes to motivation. It's also a let down for a Raiders team that got an early Christmas gift when they beat the Patriots in a game they had no business winning last week.
