Free Winner: This has been a dream season for TCU, which is just one win away from the College Football Playoff. While they have an explosive offense that averages over 41.3 points per game, the Horned Frogs have had some close calls this season. The Jayhawks, the Cowboys, the Longhorns, and the Bears have all given this team some scares. However, despite a final score of 38-28 the Wildcats might’ve been their toughest opponent this season. If you recall, in the October 22 matchup, Kansas State had a 28-10 lead in the second quarter. They then gave up 28 straight points. You can expect a heavy dose of running back, Deuce Vaughn from the Wildcats. The team will try to control the tempo and own the time of possession utilizing the powerful running back to keep the TCU offense on the sidelines. I’m not looking to take anything away from the Horned Frogs. But maybe it’s time that they have a little bit of a letdown this season. Maybe their luck runs out. And maybe the Wildcats studied the game tapes of the first meeting and head coach, Chris Klieman has his team better prepared and maybe has a few surprises up his sleeve.
