The Hawkeyes are in must-win mode at this point at 11-8 overall and can't afford a loss to a lesser team like the struggling Wolverines, even on the road. Michigan is just 2-8 ATS in their last ten games and 2-6 in the Big Ten. While Michigan is looking less and less likely as a tournament team, the Hawkeyes are still very much in the hunt. They should be able to exploit an atrocious Michigan defense with the 8th-best scoring offense in the country. The Hawkeyes will also benefit from more offensive possessions in this game in large part to their ability to protect the basketball while the Wolverines turn the ball over at an alarming rate.
