Free Sports Game Preview and Prediction: Houston Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles
Sunday, August 24, 2025 1:35 PM
Play: Money Line: -129 Baltimore Orioles
Sports fans, while I've done nothing but win for several weeks now, my premium releases took one on the chin yesterday. That's funny because I won all three FREE PLAYS I put out the last 48 hours. As I am not here to give you action, I'm here to give you winners, I am passing on paid games today. But I'm not gonna’ leave you flat. I have a slew of DISCOUNTED PKG’S available for you at ALL SPORTS (and LOVE several NCAAF matchups this upcoming week), and another FREE PLAY winner for you right here. Sunday's FREE PLAY WINNER: Baltimore Orioles. Game 914. 10:35 AM PST/1:35 PM EST. One of the hardest things to do in baseball, is sweep another team in a four-game series. Houston has taken the first three games of this series with Baltimore. Yes, it is true, the Astros are sitting atop of the American League West with a 2.5-game cushion, while the Orioles are dwelling in the Eastern division cellar, 16.5-games back. But I feel Baltimore makes a good showing today. The last few days their pitching has been absolutely atrocious. But they've hit the ball. Having said that, today I feel they have an edge at home with their starter. In the final game of this series, they send Trevor Rogers to the mound. The left-hander is 6-2 with a 1.41 ERA on the campaign. The team has won nine of his 12 starts this season, including three straight. As a matter of fact, he has not allowed a single opponent in any outing this season to put up better than three earned runs. He has blanked four lineups, held several lineups to only two runs scored, and five offenses to only one earned run. To be quite honest, he has been outstanding this season. He's going deep into games, and at home in 2025, he is 2-1 with an anemic ERA of 0.63. Taking the hill on the road is Spencer Arrighetti. The right-hander is 1-4 with a 6.94 ERA on the season. Since returning to the Majors, he is winless at 0-3, allowing 12 runs in 13 2/3 innings pitched this month, which comes to a 7.90 ERA. The team has lost his last four turns, and on the road in 2025 he has yet to win an outing, going 0-3 with a whopping ERA of 10.95. The O's have enough fight in them to not get swept in a four-game series to the Astros, and have a much more reliable starter at the bump. Take Baltimore. Thank you.
