This is a release that almost made it as a premium play for me. But as I'm going to sweep the board this weekend, I'm only posting games that I know are absolutely high-percentage situations. This almost made it, my friends. What can we say about Florida State and Virginia? They are a combined 6-1, both straight up and against the spread this season, with all seven of their contests going over the total in 2025. Both teams are playing pretty good football. Florida State has already taken down the likes of Alabama, and a couple of no names. They are playing solid football on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Their offense tops the nation in total yards, and in scoring as well, accounting for 58.0 points per game. They are having success in the air, and possess college football second-best rushing attack. They've only coughed up the ball three times. Their defense ranks 12th, yielding just 10.0-points per game, and they have already snagged three takeaways. They are equally good against the pass as they are against the rush. Virginia has taken down a couple of no names as well, took a tough loss in Week 2 to NC State on the road, and just now comes off a crushing, 48-20 victory over Stanford. They've got a solid quarterback, and a very good ground attack as well. They rank 11th in the nation, posting over 45.5-points per game. They haven't coughed up the ball too often. But their defense hasn't taken the ball away very much either. Speaking of which they're only allowing 19.5-points per game. However, looking at these two offenses, I believe we're in for a very high-scoring affair. This is the Seminoles first road game of the campaign, and they must make a statement in it. They can't let anybody else in their conference, let alone in the nation, feel that they are a better home team than they are on the road. As far as the Cavaliers go, they have already won all three of their home games this season, averaging over 50.3-points per game in each. This is a crucial ACC test for both teams. Tommy Castellanos is putting up amazing numbers, both in the air and on the ground, and is proving to be a real team leader. The naysayers out there will tell you that his last two victories were against East Texas A&M and Kent State. However, on the bright side, they should see the return of two key receivers (check status). Just because Castellanos is getting all the headlines, doesn't take away from Chandler Morris' contributions. He has been outstanding as well. He possesses over a 70% completion rate, and over 1,000 yards passing (70.8%, 1050 yards passing). Let's not forget he's also got some pretty good legs too. With the way both offenses are clicking right now, and the fact that this is a conference matchup, I feel both teams will come out here with something to prove. No matter how you slice it, this is going to be an offensive battle, with a lot of scoring. Take the over. Thank you.
