The Blue Devils had a less than great showing against the Cavaliers last time they played, and paid the price, losing 34-17. I think we're about to see another heavy running attack from the Cavs in this one as well. Duke is not going to be happy when they see how Virginia comes out early. I expect the Cavaliers to run the ball hard vs the LBs of the Blue Devils. Virginia have been in excellent form all season long, and they will quickly establish that in this game as well. Duke were playing really tough for a while, from 9.20.2025 - 11.1.2025, but they've cooled off quite a bit, winning 80% of those games. They will be hoping to make some noise and remind folks of who they are after getting blasted by the Cavaliers on 11.15.2025. But dealing with the Cavaliers and their defensive front is easier said than done. The Blue Devils have gone cold, and they weren't able to stop the run in their loss to Virginia and won't be able to here, either. Virginia wins and covers in this ACC Championship Game.
