My friends, as of releasing this game, early money has come in on the home team, Los Angeles Clippers, and I understand why. They took Game 2 on the road, 105-102. There are certainly a good home team, going 30-11 at the Intuit Dome this season. I know the Denver Nuggets have been inconsistent over the last three weeks, or so. But committing 20 turnovers in the last game, is very uncharacteristic for the team. I don't see them making a lot of mistakes here. I do see their very deep, and talented team playing very competitively in Game 3. This is a team that was very good on the road, going 24-17 as a visitor this season. Something else I want to point out, my friends, over the last seven meetings, going back to April of last year, the Clippers have taken four of the seven, straight up. But in those four games, they won by two, five, four, and three-points. I think the odds makers are giving Los Angeles way too much credit here. Granted, Denver’s defense leaves a lot to be desired. But their offense it's still one of the best in the NBA, accounting for over 122.3 points per game, topping the NBA, hitting 50.6% from the field, ranking fifth in the league from downtown, hitting over 36.6% from beyond the arc, and at both ends of the court on the boards, they rank in the top-seven. They give themselves a lot of second-chance opportunities, while taking away a lot of second-chance opportunities for their opponents. I just feel this is way too many points to give a team with this much talent, and this much playoff experience. Take the points with the Nuggets, and take your bookmaker’s money. Thank you.
