On Sunday afternoon we have 2 elite pitchers matching up on the mound. Marquez has had a down year, but he has shown promise at times. Earlier this week he gave up 6 earned to the Rangers, but his prior 2 starts against the potent Cardinals offense only allowed 2 and 3 ER's. Scherzer is in one of the best forms we have seen from him, with an ERA of 2.33, and he had a little let down the last 2 games against the Yankees and Braves after giving up 4 ER's in both, so look for him to bounce back against a Colorado offense that has only won 18 games all season on the road.
Let's roll with the UNDER as I expect a pitchers dual.
