With the extra day off I'm not sure how either pitcher will respond so just a comp on the Cincy Reds Tuesday.
The Reds have done pretty well in Interleague games and also playing at night. Cincy is fighting for a WC spot and Graham Ashcraft has been dominant for some time, not allowing more than 3 runs in any of his past 9 starts. The flamethrower has clearly fixed whatever was bothering him mid-season and provides us with a sizeable starting pitching advantage in the series opener. The Angels starter Giolito has given up 16 earned in his past 3 outings and getting hit hard and giving up shots. Take the Reds here on Monday night.
