I know the Reds are in last place in the NL Central, and are just 11-15 on the road this season. But they took Game 1 of this series yesterday to give them five victories over their last seven overall outings, and their third over the last four matchups with their Division rival, going back to last season. Chicago is struggling badly. They dropped eight of their last nine. To say this team is inconsistent, would be an understatement. If they hit, their pitching fails them. If they're pitching does well, they can't score offensively. Hunter Greene and Justin Steele are scheduled starters. Greene is 2-0 with a 2.33 ERA over his last three starts, and on the season as a visitor, 2-0 with a 1.85 ERA. His last poor outing was way back in the third week of April. Steele comes off his best outing of the season, but yet the team still lost because they couldn't support him with any runs. But prior to that, he allowed six, four, and five earned runs in three consecutive starts. His last three starts, he is 0-2 with a 4.26, and at home this season, you guessed, he is winless at 0-2 with a 4.86 ERA. Play the Reds.
