Zack Wheeler was an All-Star snub this year. He is having a strong season, posting a 2.89 ERA, and if the season ended today this would be the third year in a row that he posted an ERA below 3.00. Wheeler got hit hard in his last start on July 13th. He allowed six runs in just four innings in a loss to the Blue Jays. I think that having extra time off will be a big boost for him. Wheeler has a 1.62 ERA at home this season and should be able to shut down this Cubs lineup that has been one of the worst in the National League. Marcus Stroman has been solid since coming back from injury. He made two starts and allowed just one run and three hits in eight innings. Stroman has a 2.45 ERA on the road this season, and he has experience pitching in Philadelphia. Take the UNDER here on Saturday evening!
