Chicago is 10 games better than Phoenix this year with a 26-27 record as the Sun come in at 16-37 record which is worst in the West. The Bulls are up to the 7th spot in the East, but have had their issue on the road with a record of 11-16 and just 9-11 against the West. Phoenix is 10-7 against the East, but just 8-17 at home. Phoenix hasn't had much winning of late having lost three in a row and eight of 10 entering this game. After a few tough road games this is where the Bulls can pick up a win over the worst team in the West. Rondo has has some of his best games against Phoenix and will need to pick up the slack with Butler and Wade banged up of late and will have 15 points and 10 assists leading the Bulls to the victory on the road.
