Coming out of the gate, Houston is struggling a bit. They are just 4-3 straight up and have only covered three games this season as they are riding a three-game no cover slide. Granted, they went up against some decent opposition. But Butler is playing with momentum. The Bulldog’s are 7-1 overall, covering five of their eight outings, and have taken down such notables as SMU, Northwestern, and Mississippi State already. Butler ranks seventh in the nation, hitting over 41.8% from downtown, while Houston hits over 42.5%, their three-point defense is one of the worst in the nation. BTW, the Bulldogs perimeter 3-pt “D” ranks 15th. I also see Butler dominating on the offensive boards, and getting a lot of second chance opportunity. Take the Bulldogs. Thank you.
