Game 501. 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST. Once again, we look at a game just a few days away loaded with players listed as questionable. For Brooklyn, we see five players, including several starters listed as questionable. For Philly, eight players are listed as questionable, including four players that average the most minutes per game. Before you move on any of these games, do your due diligence and check the final injury reports. Having said that, this is a big number here. It really is. The 76ers did take all three meetings against the Nets this season straight up, covering two of those games. And the two games they did cover were on the road. They failed to cover the one meeting played at home. Guys, on both sides of the court, the 76ers are superior. Their offense scores a little bit more per game. And they are one of the best in the NBA from downtown. Not only that, but they are one of the best in the NBA from the free throw line. But all this is taken in consideration when oddsmakers made the number here. Now you have got to think that both teams will have at least a few of their key cogs in the wheel on the floor and ready to go here. The one thing that bothers me a bit is the line. It really is a lot of points. While I think the 76ers beat them, I have to put a small lean on a Nets team which have covered seven of the last nine games played on the road. I don’t love it. But I put a small lean on Brooklyn as the Beastie Boys say…”NO SLEEP TIL’ BROOKLYN”. Take the Nets. Thank you.
