FREE WINNER: CINCINNATI BEARCATS I think the oddsmakers are looking to put a trap on the general public in this matchup by making Cincinnati just a short favorite. Baylor, at 8-8 in Big 12 play, is certainly on paper a better team than Cincinnati, who is 6-10 in the conference. Yes, the Bears have taken the last three meetings in this rivalry, covering the last two, which does include the only matchup this season back in the beginning of January at home, 68-48. But this team is struggling right now, dropping five of their last eight straight up, and only covering three of their last 10. Meanwhile, the Bearcats enter this matchup riding a six-game cover streak, and going 4-2 straight up during that span. They would love nothing more than to play spoiler to a conference rival who is looking to better their situation. Oh, by the way, Baylor is just 2-8 on the road this season and go into the Fifth Third Arena where the home team is 11-4. Play Cincinnati.
