The Crimson Tide are reaching their third consecutive Sweet 16, and their fourth in five years. They have a talented roster of players with a ton of tournament experience. BYU is a good team. But the last time they've made it this far in this tournament was back in the 2010/2011 season. The Cougars started to stride towards the end of the regular season, and it carried over into the postseason. They are also covering the number. But the way they were dominated against Houston just short of two weeks ago, raised a big red flag to me. Yes, the Crimson Tide were also dominated a few weeks ago by the Gators. But this team has played consistent basketball all season long, and has delivered when asked to step up. Very few can compete with Alabama offensively, and even less can challenge them on the boards. They go to the Elite 8 and BYU goes home.
