For the second straight Sunday night we have a highly-anticipated match-up on Sunday Night NFL. This week's match-up features two can't miss sure fire Hall of Fame Quarterbacks. Last year the Colts defeated NE at home 18-15, as 6.5-point favorites. The Colts won despite getting out-rushed, 140-47.

You can't be serious!

When these teams played last year both teams combined for just 3 accepted penalties in the entire game. I remember how fast the game was played and that was a big reason why.

Stepping up in Class

The Colts 8 wins have come against Jacksonville, Miami, Arizona, Seattle, Tenn, Rams, SF, and Houston. Those teams combined are just 26-40 so far this season.

Constant Completions

You might see a lot of completed passes by both QBs. Tom Brady is completing 65.8% while Peyton Manning is completing a staggering 70.6% this season. This will be the toughest pass defense the Colts have faced all year.

New England averages 409 ypg compared to 400 for the Colts. The Colts are only averaging 85.4 rushing yards per game so it's bombs away most of the time. The Patriots have much better balance on offense but the Colts still get it done. After all, they still haven't tasted defeat.

I like New England in this game and will most likely be a service selection. I love taking underdogs with the better offense, defense, and head coach. Watching a lot of film on both teams and it's clear to me the Pats are the right side in this game. You know that Belichick and the Pats would like nothing more than to stop the Colts perfect season at eight.
