16-Jacksonville Jaguars (Last year’s record 8-8); Jimmy Smith, Colorado, Cornerback; Big cover guy with speed and can help with run coverage.

17-New England Patriots (Last year’s record 14-2); Aldon Smith, Missouri, Defensive End; Great potential, and can step in now.

18-San Diego Chargers (Last year’s record 9-7); Tyron Smith, USC, Offensive Tackle; A top-rated tackle, why not?

19-New York Giants (Last year’s record 10-6); Brandon Harris, Miami (FL), Cornerback; Need help with coverage; he can be a gamble, but why not?
