1-New England Patriots (13-2) With a trouble-free beating over the Bills, forcing 7 turnovers, the Pats clinched the AFC East title.

2-Baltimore Ravens (11-4) The Baltimore Ravens clinch a playoff spot pounding the Browns 20-10, holding Peyton Hillis in check with only 35 yards rushing.

3-Atlanta Falcons (12-3) Losing a tough fought battle to the Saints, snapping their 8 game winning streak. Ryan was stuck throwing check downs most of the night.

4-Pittsburgh Steelers (11-4) Pittsburgh dominates the time of possession and demolish the pitiable Panthers, the 2nd ranked Steelers D holding Carolina to less than 120 total yards of offense.

5-New Orleans Saints (11-4) Drew Brees, not quite having the season he did a year ago, but still putting up decent numbers, with 302 yards against the Falcons on the road. The Saints are back in business and to be taken seriously again. Are we ready for “Who Dat” again this year going back to the playoffs?

6-Philadelphia Eagles (10-5) They stumbled into the division title Sunday, but played real sloppy vs Minnesota, Tuesday. The offensive line gave up 6 sacks. NFC Pro Bowl starter, Mike Vick, struggled for most of the game, fumbling twice and throwing a pick.

7-New York Jets (10-5) Sanchez played well enough, but the Bears defense was just good enough. The Jets need to watch themselves, their defense hasn’t really been quite what we were led to believe it was going to be heading into the season, even though they backed into the playoffs.

8-Chicago Bears (11-4) On the stat sheet, outplayed throughout versus the Jets, but the Bears defense holds up in the score fest getting 2 turnovers that helped boost them to a victory.

9-Kansas City Chiefs (10-5) The Chiefs are back, after a beating they laid on the Titans. Becoming the champions of the AFC West with their rushing game in full haul and Cassel is quietly been spectacular this season with 27 TD and a 98.8 QB rating.

10-Indianapolis Colts (9-6) Are we ready to kick Peyton to the side just yet? He looked human in a tough fought game vs Oakland, throwing for only 179 but 3 TD passes, even though they have a 27th ranked run defense, they held Darren McFadden to only 45 yards on the ground

NFL POW (PLAYER OF THE WEEK)

Tim Tebow (QB, Denver Broncos) Throwing 16-29 and a career high 308 yards with a TD in only his 2nd career NFL start. Including scoring the game-winning touchdown with a 6 yard touchdown run late in the 4th for a comeback win 24-23 over Houston.

Hard-hitting matchups this week to watch for; St. Louis at Seattle (St Louis is starving for the win to snag the NFC West division title. Seattle will likely be without starting QB Matt Hasselbeck, the Rams can win the division with a 8-8 record.), Tennessee at Indianapolis (The Colts 27th ranked rush defense matched up against Chris Johnson and his 1325 rushing yards. Will be worthy of note, to see how this matchup ends up.) Chicago at Green Bay (In Lambeau Field, Chicago, who beat the Pack in week 3, will look to finish off the Packers playoff hopes, and shatter many peoples pre season Super Bowl favorites.) Tampa Bay at New Orleans (The Saints, coming off a huge win vs the Falcons, will need to be on top of their game against a young Bucs team who is still 0-5 vs the better teams.) Oakland at Kansas City (The 1st ranked rushing game of the Chiefs will be a problem for the Raiders, who have given up 150+ rushing yards or more on 7 different occasions this season so far.)
